It depends on where you are. Orders are processed within 48 hours, from the it will take 1-3 business days to arrive within the Netherlands. European deliveries can take anywhere from 4 - 9 days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

Of course we hope that you’ll love your Istimewa purchase, but in case you have changed your mind you can return your order within 14 days of receiving your package. Your item(s) should be in unworn and in original state. Please note that shipping is at your own costs.

Once we have received your package we will first check if the product is in good condition. Then we will transfer the refund with your selected payment method at the time of your purchase. This may take up to 7 working days, depending on the payment method.

We recommend gently airing her out from time to time. Should a wash be truly needed, choose a gentle cold hand wash with just a touch of mild detergent.

Of course, you can keep your kimono in your closet. If you choose to give her a special place in your room, please avoid hanging her in direct sunlight for too long, as the batik colors may gently fade over time.
